Eroyalties System: August 8, 2008: July Member Income Share and Advisor Income Share Bonus have both been deposited into your Earnings Summary balance.

MPR/MPA has also been updated.

If you earned a 10 for 10 bonus for July, those credits should be in your account.

1. What is the Smart Shopper Club?
  The Smart Shopper Club, Shopping.com's membership program, makes it even easier to shop smart online and save money. Learn more

2. How do I join the Smart Shopper Club?
  Shopping.com's Smart Shopper Club is completely free and is included with Epinions membership. If you are not a member of Epinions, you can join by clicking here or clicking the "Join Epinions" link in the top right corner of your screen. Becoming a member on one site automatically makes you a member of the other.

3. Do I have to join Shopping.com?
  If you have an Epinions ID, you are already a member of Shopping.com. You can use the same member name on Shopping.com that you already use on Epinions.

4. What are "cookies" and how do I enable them?
  Cookies are simply text files that allow a site to recognize you when you return. This means that if cookies are enabled on your browser, you won't have to log in each time you come back to Epinions. Cookies used by Epinions and our network of stores are completely safe and they are enabled by default with most browsers.

5. Which browsers does Epinions currently support?
  Internet Explorer - 4.x., 5.0, 5.5, 6.0.
Netscape - 4.x, 6.0, 7.x
AOL - 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0

6. What is the Epinions.com Cash Back Program?
  The Cash Back Program ended on August 31, 2005.

If you have a remaining Cash Back balance in your account, a check will be mailed to you on November 15, 2005. Please verify that you have added your correct mailing address in your member account. To edit your address:
  1. Sign in to your account using your email address or Epinions ID and your password.
  2. Go to your Member Profile by clicking the link to your account in the top right corner of the page
  3. Look for the link to "Update Member Info" in the "Account Options" box in your Member Profile
  4. Update your mailing address in the form provided.
If by November 1, 2005 your address is not present or is incomplete, we will be unable to send you a check and your Cash Back balance will expire.

If a Cash Back purchase you made before August 31, 2005 has not appeared in your account summary, please contact Customer Support.
